Encounters With People Who Did Not Seem Human
Have you ever had an encounter with someone, and the experience left you thinking, “Whatever that was, it was NOT human”?
For better or worse, plenty of people have - me included. Let’s try to figure out what this phenomenon might be.
My Encounter
I traveled to Chicago once to visit some old friends; this was around 2015.
I went out on the town with my buddy Kyla. I was not one to get wasted, and I never knew her to be that type either. And that made this night kind of strange.
She took me to what she called a punk bar, in a neighborhood I’d never visited. Cool, I like punk bars. But this…was no punk bar. It was a goth bar, mostly staffed by cross dressing stripper types. Unexpected, but I was down for the experience. We each got a drink and found a table.
Before I knew it, the night completely unraveled. We wound up getting physically threatened by a 6 foot tall man in high heels, who looked like he was demonically possessed. Something overcame me and I almost threw a large glass object at him, before Kyla intervened and tried to convince me to leave. This sort of reaction from me was completely irrational and atypical. I don’t know what overcame me, except extreme anger toward this person who was yelling at us for no reason, and flipping me off.
But the even stranger person was this random man across the bar. He stood probably about 40 feet away on the other side, and he was just absolutely bizarre to me. I initially thought “oh he’s handsome in an unusual way” - but then I saw his eyes, and was horrified. They were completely black, and slanted upward. And he looked at me like he HATED me.
For the next hour or so, Kyla and I continued to get a second drink, even though we both wanted to leave. Something anchored us there. We sat there uncomfortably speaking to each other, not knowing why we just didn’t go someplace else. Every time I looked up, this strange man with jet black eyes was glaring at me from a different part of the bar. I was overcome with strange thoughts. I started having the thought of “maybe I should go to that hallway and wait for him.” And then my rational mind thought “What the hell? Uh NO, why WOULD I?!” And this internal argument carried on for a while. I fought the urge to go into some dark corner and just wait for this weirdo to approach me. I actually wanted nothing to do with him - he was creeping me out and scaring me - but I also felt COMPELLED to do something against my own best interests. It felt like there were intrusive thoughts getting into my brain and telling me to do something I 100% did not want to do.
Finally, Kyla literally pulled me out of that bar, and got us an Uber to go back to our Airbnb. Well, I blacked out at that point. Apparently it was a very bizarre ride where I got us lost several times. The first Uber driver dumped us off in a strange part of town, refusing to continue. The second one finally looked at our Airbnb listing on my phone and got us to the right place, which was on the other side of the city. Poor Kyla spent about $100 on these follies. This dragged on for hours. I don’t remember a thing. And I only had two drinks.
I had been a social drinker for years by this point. There was no reason two drinks would do this to me.
The next day I woke up and needed to get back on the train to continue my travels. I’ve never felt more physically awful in my entire life. I was so ill that I contemplated going to the hospital. On the L ride to the Amtrak station, we were sat across from a schizophrenic man who shouted at us the entire time about the alternate reality he was living in. Nothing felt worse than enduring his ranting for an hour while I felt like I had been hit by a truck.
I want to say there was probably something slipped into my drink - but I also can’t forget about the deranged look and behavior of the cross dresser who accosted us for no reason, and I definitely cannot get the image out of my head of that horrifying guy with the black slanted eyes.
It didn’t hit me until years later that maybe I was encountering a room full of demons that night.
Other people have had their own encounters with people who, for better or worse, also did not seem human. Let’s explore some of those stories.
Author’s note: Most of these stories come from Reddit. Currently, there aren’t really any good books on this topic except for those strictly claiming alien encounters.
In the future, as my content channels grow, I will seek to do direct interviews with people who have paranormal stories to tell - and the plan is to write a book as well!
I corrected some grammar and modified some text for brevity.
Demons
Many people have encountered someone who, for all intents and purposes, makes them think “demon.” This can be because of the automatic feeling they give the witness, or something about their appearance such as black eyes or a sinister grin.
Creepy Garage Sale Haggler
“This happened when I was a kid. One day my mom, sister, and I were all sitting outside having a garage sale. This man comes up and starts looking at stuff on the tables. Something about his energy just set my teeth on edge, and he just felt off. My little sister suddenly tensed up out of nowhere and looked extremely uncomfortable; my mom was also radiating sheer panic. All three of us felt this man was just off, or evil or something.
He started asking to buy stuff for less money, and my mom instantly agreed with his prices, which is totally out of character for her. He got some really great deals. I was feeling pretty indignant about his audacity, but I realized my mom was just trying to get him gone faster. He just is oozing some weird evil energy although on the surface he seems polite enough.
He paid for his stuff and left. The three of us looked at each other and just breathed a collective sigh of relief. We’d all felt exactly the same thing, and confirmed that none of the others were crazy.”
Blocked Mind Reader
“My husband once told me about how he ran into an old childhood friend when he was in his early 20s. He said the kid was always a little strange, but nothing too crazy. I guess while they were just catching up and talking, my husband suddenly felt a really uneasy feeling as the dude just stared at him with a strange intensity in his eyes. My husband said he felt like someone was poking around in his mind, so he did what any horror movie watcher would do in that moment and thought of a brick wall as hard as he could. After a couple of minutes of this, the dude broke the silence and shouted “Stop!” and then tried to carry on a conversation like normal. My husband never reached out to him again after that.”
Demonic Customer
“I worked as a cashier in a grocery store when I was in high school. Once a woman came through, perfectly normal looking, well-dressed. She just bought a few things. When she gave me the payment, I turned around to put it in the drawer and then turned back around with her receipt and change. I told her to have a nice day or whatever and even though it wasn't the first time we had made eye contact. The best way I can describe it was that it was like she pulled up a shutter on her eyes and they were just pure evil. Her face was still pleasant but her eyes weren't human anymore.
She saw my face and then she smiled, she knew she had scared the hell out of me and she was amused, like she did it on purpose and it gave her a thrill. I felt like I was frozen and then she blinked and her eyes were "normal" again. She nodded at me and walked away, smiling. I immediately turned off the light on my check lane, and went up to customer service and told them I needed a break. I sat in the smoking breakroom and shook…I have thought about it a lot and the only conclusion that I have come to is that she was a demon or something really evil and powerful. The part that bothered me the most is why she chose to show me and why she got such a kick out of it.”
Evil Mannequin Man
“I truly don’t know if this is just being young with a wild imagination or if it was real life, but i’ll never forget it. When I was younger, maybe 7 or 8, I was riding the bus home from the local mall as I wanted to surprise my mom with a birthday gift from my saved up allowance. During this time I had no cell phone, so to pass time I just stared at the floor until I heard the speaker announce my stop….I got this eerie cold feeling of dread and loneliness and the feeling of being watched. I couldn’t shake the feeling so I ended up looking up at the seats and there was this tanned man with the most vibrant green eyes. He looked like a mannequin with no details in him; he was staring directly at me and just grinning. I felt stuck…I froze at the sight of this man. I couldn’t take my eyes off him. The sight of him made me feel hollow and filled with regret, loneliness, fear, and despair. He just felt evil and unreal. The second I heard the speaker turn on, I stood up and got off even though I was still far from home. I went to a local pay phone and ended up calling my mom to pick me up and ruining the surprise of her gift.”
Devil in New Orleans
“I am a lifelong New Orleans native. I still live here. I've seen a lot of strange people.
I worked as a bartender on Bourbon street and would meet all kinds of characters, some scary, some not. Well I’d say about 15 years ago now, I was dating a guy who played saxophone in a brass band. After leaving one of his gigs together, we started to walk back to his car which was parked probably 6 blocks away.
As we are walking and talking about nothing in particular , we notice an older white man behind us. He wasn't dressed weird or strange, if anything he had on a really nice suit and jacket.
First thing I noticed was he had a really nice voice and a very intriguing presence about him.
He walked up to my side and said good evening. We replied the same, he asked if we were locals and we confirmed his suspicion. As he is speaking, I look into his eyes and realize they are gold. Not like hazel or golden brown, straight up gold and almost shimmering and glowing. We continue on our way chatting about the weather, city, etc. and part ways about 3 blocks up. As we have a few blocks left to go, I happen to look at the license plate of a parked car. It said 666 in the numbers and I didn't think much of it. Next car we pass, the license plate said "saved". Okay weird considering the last car but okay, I still don't mention it to my ex. Then finally we make it to our car and I swear I'm being completely honest here, it said 666 in the numbers again. So I finally say something to my ex and he cuts me off and says, "We have passed some weird license plates tonight, and that guy was freaking me out, did you see his eyes? They looked like fire burning."
I tell him I noticed too, and I wondered out loud who the man was. I even joked about it being the devil. I shit you not, the same guy comes up the street on the opposite side and we can see the glowing eyes from where we are standing. He sees us and waves, and shouts across the street saying, "Funny we were all meant to be in the same spot, at the same time!" His smile was almost too wide.
We laugh, wave, and get in the car. I don't think I've ever burned rubber, but I know I did that night. I don't know what he was or who he was, but I've never forgotten his presence, his smile or those damn glowing eyes. Guess that's just New Orleans for you.”
(An interesting reply to this story suggested that maybe he was what is called a “Lwa” in the voodoo religion; these are entities that appear human, but go around blessing and cursing people depending on who they are and how those people treat them).
Another interesting reply mentioned the New Orleans legend about how the Devil himself resided at 1319 St. Charles Avenue, and suggested maybe this was him just coming back to visit.
Building Manager from Hell
“(It was) the manager of an apartment complex in Scottsdale, AZ. I was in his office being interviewed, and had this sudden horrible feeling that he wasn't human at all, but something wearing a people suit. I'd never had a thought like that before. I had trouble containing how scared I was by this realization. But I kept my cool, and got out of his office as fast as I could.
Spoke to my coworkers about it. One of them used to live in the same complex. He said he had to paint sigils on his walls while he lived there because he had so many weird things happen.”
Possessed Patient
“I worked in a hospital years ago and was taking care of someone. He was young - early 20s. I wouldn't say that he wasn't human, but I definitely think he was possessed by something that wasn't.
During an encounter, he made a face at me and growled. His entire face distorted into something our faces just don't and can't do. I thought it was just me who saw it, but there were two staff members behind me at the time it happened, and they both took several steps back when he did it.
His face distorted into a demon. His brows arched, his eyes turned black, his smile spread to his ears. No one talked about it the rest of the day. I brought it up to one of my colleagues who witnessed it. She just looked at me and said, "I've been working in this field for 30 years and I've never seen anything like that in my life. I believe the help he needs is a bit beyond us. Be careful with that one."
I will never forget that as long as I live.”
Angels
Not all encounters are terrifying and sinister. Some people meet strangers who they later go on to regard as a guardian angel of sorts.
Psychic Homeless Fellow
“I was walking out of a train station to work in Hollywood thinking about my future. ‘Will I ever get married?’ ‘Can I even have kids?’ I walked past a group of homeless folks and one dude with an open shirt, long hair and no shoes said aloud to us, the passing group, "You'll be married and have a son." I pretended I didn’t hear him, but the hair on my neck stood up. How did he read my mind? It did come true, by the way. Though it wasn't an ideal marriage, my first born is a boy.”
God's Messenger
“Several years ago, before my wife and I were married, we were coming home from a trip and decided to stop by the riverfront for a little bit. We were in the car just enjoying the scenery when a black lady rode up on her bicycle. She came over to my side of the car, while smoking a cigarette, and asked if we had some change to spare. She said she had a very important appointment to get to and she needed some change.. I emptied out my little change box into her hand and she smiled. Then she leaned her head into my window and said that God would bless us greatly. Suddenly, I realized that she didn't smell like cigarette smoke. She smelled amazing and her eyes were the bluest blue I had ever seen. She got back on her bicycle and rode away.
A few years later, we found out that my wife probably wasn't going to be able to carry a child. Against all the odds, she did get pregnant. Shortly after our daughter was born, I went to the cafeteria to get something to eat. While I was eating, an older man and woman started to walk past me and the woman stopped and turned to look at me and I saw those same blue eyes. She patted my hand and said, "I told you God would bless you." It took me several weeks to tell my wife what happened. I still don't understand any of that, but I'll never forget it.”
One Angel at Two Different Breakdowns
“I was a 20-year old girl driving cross country at night, and I had a tire blow out. I’d never actually changed a tire before, but I knew the fundamentals, got out in the dark & tried to change it. Decided to wait in the car until daylight. I couldn’t rest or relax. A car stopped behind me, a big white pickup. A man dressed entirely in white, even with a white beard, came to the window. I rolled it down a bit and he said, “If you’ve got a blow out I’ll fix it.” I must have nodded or affirmed ok somehow, I know I was scared. He went back to his truck, got the tools & patched it. Told me through the window he’d follow me about 2 miles down to a gas station to make sure I didn’t need help on the way. I made it, with his big white truck following a little ways back. When I got there, he waved & went on. When I got home, my mom said it was an angel.”
A response to this story echoed the same experience!
“This is really insane! This happened to my family. Around 1997 I was probably 9 and it was mom, dad, my three siblings in a van. The road was dark and dangerous and it too had the same sign. My whole family was scared. Our back two tires hit something on the road. We only had a spare for one, and my dad was going to wait until morning to walk to a gas station and call a tow truck. This was before cell phones was a thing.
A man in a white pickup truck, dressed in all white, with a white beard (just like you described) helped my family out. He gave us his spare and helped my dad change out the tire. My mom called him an angel. He was so polite and so kind. I thought he was just a random kind samaritan but when I read your story .... I got chills.”
Angel for the Animals
“I once encountered a stranger that I immediately felt this angelic energy pouring out of. I was in the veterinarian's office, and this guy walked in probably in his late 20's wearing a mechanic's uniform. He was tall and thin and attractive…not super good looking, but radiated a warmth and peace that was so palpable but unlike anything I had ever felt before or since. (Everyone’s eyes were) glued to him.
There was a small dog that had been shaking and crying in pain for the past 20 minutes. The man simply walked over, squatted down, and looked the dog in the eyes. Immediately the dog stilled and quieted. It was beautiful.”
Grandma Guardian Angel
“I got up to some trouble with a friend when I was a young girl. We decided we were going to sneak off to Chicago on an Amtrak without telling our parents, to hang out with her boyfriend. Everything in the universe was telling us not to do it. My car broke down on the way to get her. Then her brakes went out, so we got her brother to drive us. Then the train broke down. It was an Amtrak/Greyhound station, so they offered us discounted bus tickets to Chicago. We didn’t know that in Chicago, the bus/train station wasn’t at the same location, and this was before the super easy cellphone days. On the train we were visiting with the adults who were like “you WHAT and did WHAT and your parents don’t know WHAT?” We thought it was so funny until we arrived in Chicago and didn’t know where we were.
We started wandering, it started getting dark, we ended up in a more rough area, and we began getting pretty uncomfortable. Out of nowhere, a tiny old lady abruptly asked, “You girls lost? You shouldn’t be here. Come with me.” She started walking along, chatting with us in a pretty soft-spoken, friendly tone. She said she’d been a schoolteacher and was involved with horses, asked what we were doing, and where we were from. We told her. She reiterated we shouldn’t be there without telling our parents, and said she knew of the hometown we were from - it was almost the state capitol. I said “Yup! Only lost by one vote!” She said, “No dear, they won by one vote. Here - you’re where you need to be now.” We turned to thank her and as God as my witness, she was gone.
What I realized at that moment: we never told her we were going to the train station. Nobody had bothered us or even looked at us the whole walk. My grandmother, who I was very close to, was a schoolteacher and my family owned a horse race track in my state. Also, most importantly, when they retired and moved to the small town we all ended up relocating to, when it had almost become the Capitol, my grandma always, always said it had WON by one vote instead of lost, because if they’d become the capitol, it wouldn’t have been the quiet, charming little town it was.
I believe it was some sort of protection from my grandmother. Even my friend, who knew my grandma, was like, “WHAT JUST HAPPENED HERE?”
We called our parents, confessed our wrongs, and went home.”
Miraculous Hospital Healer
A Quora contributor writes:
“I did have a strange encounter with a most beautiful old lady, soft pure skin and crystal clear blue eyes, soft silky white hair, and short in stature. She came walking up to me in the hospital one day, as I was rushing about anxiously trying to find someone to help my husband in the ER.
He had a epileptic fit and fell backwards, which caused a severe head injury.
While we were waiting for him to be attended to, he kept convulsing and vomiting; I was beside myself. The woman walked up to me, with this beautiful calm smile on her face, put her hand on my husband’s head, and said “He'll be fine”. Calmness came over me, and just the same way she appeared, she disappeared between the people at the ER.
He had a brain MRI scan done and he had no brain injury, or any form of bleeding on the brain.
Pretty miraculous, as the way he fell backwards with blood spraying out of his nose, to me was a sure sign he had brain injury.
I sometimes wonder who she could have been, an angel maybe?”
Vampires
Robert
Here’s a fascinating audio file of a man who called into the radio show “Into the Fray” and recounted his tale of meeting a man who seemed to be a vampire, or at least very ancient and bizarre.
Into the Fray podcast #158 (“Robert”)
In this episode, the caller discusses being on vacation and meeting a seemingly young man named Robert, whose face became distorted only for certain people. He seemed amused by this ability. He carried a notebook filled only with names, and had almost no other possessions. Robert telepathically harassed a female friend of the group, and her experience with him has tormented her for years since.
Sebastian the Vampire
I met someone in NYC that I swear was a real vampire, I'm talking about ancient blood drinking creature of the night vampire.
On my way to the train after work, I stopped in an alley to relieve myself. I hear a voice with a British accent say, "Quite the evening, wouldn't you say?" I look into the alley, and standing there was a young man, maybe late 20's early 30's. He was dressed rather well in all black; I could tell that his wardrobe consisted of expensive attire. He was unusually pale with dark hair and piercing blue eyes.
I replied, "Yeah it's pretty nice, But I'm about to be on the train for an hour, so that sucks." "Indeed," he responded in a casual tone.
I was tipsy and didn't question why a dapper fellow such as him was hanging out in a dark alley. I assumed he was doing the same thing as me. I finished and zipped up. "How's your night going?" I asked.
He inhaled deeply and exhaled, "Ahhhh, my night is just beginning. I think I will walk around for a while and catch a late dinner." He had a very articulate manner of speech.
"Sounds cool, well nice to meet you.. " - I paused as one does to ask for a person's name without actually asking.
"Sebastian," he said.
"Well, Sebastian, I'm Castro, it was nice to meet you, maybe next time we meet it will be under less awkward circumstances."
He chuckled and said, "Yes, I do hope so."
I left him there in the alley and walked to the train, went home and went to sleep.
I was off the next night, but decided to go to a bar near work to mingle. I rode the train and as I exited, I heard "Castro!" I turn towards the familiar voice and see Sebastian. He was wearing seemingly the same clothes from the night before, but still looked very dapper.
"Hey, how are you?" I asked in a welcoming tone.
"I am fine, thank you. Will you be working tonight?" he asked
Before I could question how he could possibly know I worked in the area, I said "No, I'm off tonight, gonna grab a few drinks and hang out. You're welcome to join me."
"Splendid. I don't drink, but if you wouldn't mind the company then I would be happy to join you," he said almost excitedly.
Up until that moment I hadn't realized just how incredibly pale he was. He was almost paper white, and his eyes were so blue they almost glowed. We headed up the stairs to the street and made our way to the bar I frequented. I got my usual Jameson and coke and we chatted a while, mostly about me. Then I said, "So what about you, what's your story?"
He said this with such sincerity yet so casual that I was taken aback, "I am what most call a vampire." I looked up from my drink, straight into his eyes, and in that instant I realized this being, this individual across from me was serious, and I believed him. A rush of adrenaline came over me instantly sobering me up.
"Calm yourself," he said, placing a very pale, cold hand on mine. "I have no intention of harming you. I find you interesting and thought I would enjoy conversing with you. I was watching you last night in this bar, the way you carry yourself piqued my interest." He was sincere.
"Uh okay, well say I believed you," (I totally did), “how old are you?"
"I am roughly 600 years old. I am young by our standards."
"OUR standards? Are there more people like you?"
"There are, but not many."
I was in a very awkward situation to say the least. I was either talking to a real vampire, or a total nut job that belonged in a mental institution. I finished my drink and said, "Well I think that's enough excitement for me, time to catch that train." I made my way out to the street and lit a cigarette. Sebastian appeared next to me.
"I hope I didn't scare you." He seemed a little worried.
"No, it's just a lot to take in." In my mind, I was only thinking of how fast I could get away from this being.
"Will I see you again?" he asked
"Sure man, Just don't do anything weird like show up in my room or anything." I laughed nervously.
"Of course not." He laughed in turn.
"Well, Sebastian, I'll see you around," I said as I walked away, trying not to seem like I was running away.
I had taken about 5 steps when I heard "Castro!" I turned to look at Sebastian and was left stunned. He was looking at me, and his eyes were beaming. They were doing the reflective cat thing. "I will be seeing you soon I hope?"
"Uh, sure see you soon." I turned and hurried away.
The next day I got arrested and spent a weekend in jail. This caused me to lose my job, and in turn lose my apartment. The day I got out of jail, I found out my dad was very sick, and I decided to move back to Texas.
That was the last time I saw Sebastian. Still to this day, when I am walking down dark roads at night, I get this feeling that I am being watched from the shadows. At this point in my life though, being that I am dying, I wish that I could find him again and ask him if he could save me. I guess I will never know.”
Author’s note: This last story could be completely made up, but I was fascinated by it anyway. It’s a great story. I am suspicious of the good writing, complete with thorough dialogue and descriptive verbiage. However, when I tried to message this Redditor, their account was marked as suspended. There were comments in the post indicating that he was indeed sick with a heart ailment. I sincerely hope he is okay.
Alien? And WTF
Some people have encounters with human-like creatures that can only be described as actual aliens, or “WTF was that?!”
No Toenails
I worked as a receptionist at a hotel, and one time around Christmas, there was this very strange man staying there. He would always stand and talk to me every night for hours in a stilted and bizarre manner, and say things. He said he was best friends with Princess Diana, he worked on top secret robotics products, and that he had worked with machinery 100 years advanced of our current technology.
I thought the guy was mentally ill, and he creeped me out. Then one day he started saying stuff like he was in fact the robot that he had built, and that he had built himself, and was saying things about how he wasn't a human and how he learned everything from observing and listening and talking to real humans… but he himself was a robot.
Then he started saying that the only way people ever found out he was not a human was because he didn't have any toenails.
On New Year's Eve, he came out of his room in his pajamas with no shoes or socks on - and sure enough, he had no toenails.
It wasn't prosthetic feet or anything, just totally smooth skin with no toenails at all. His skin was perfect, not a spot or scar or freckle or wrinkle, and the guy otherwise had the appearance and demeanor of someone in their 70s - but the supple skin of a 17-year old.
Thinking about this guy still creeps me out to this day, and if anyone I have met in my life was a non-human entity, this guy was it.”
Man In A Skin Suit
“About one week after I moved into my current flat, this weird man knocked at my door one afternoon. He was tall, wearing a suit and a long black coat, and was carrying a briefcase. He leaned over really weird, like sideways. He tried to give me a leaflet, which I presumed was about funeral services as it said something like “preparing for your future”. It was weird enough by itself, but he smiled at me really weirdly, and asked me, “Have you thought about your future?”
I just knew I wanted out as soon as possible, so I just said no thank you and shut the door. I watched him through the peephole for a bit because I was still freaked out, and he just stood there looking at my door with the same weird smile on his face for a few minutes before eventually leaving. I saw him walking down my road a few days later, but never saw him again after that. I know it sounds dramatic, but the way he moved and smiled just immediately made me think of some shapeshifter or something who was still learning to be human.”
ETs at the DQ
“Working at Dairy Queen, we had 2 repeat customers who were a little bit different. They never showed emotion, and always wore the same thing. They walked odd, like they were puppets.
My coworkers and I could always feel it when they came in, even if we didn’t see them at first. They were always nice, but they never felt human. I always thought they were aliens.
One time, me and a coworker discussed that we both felt that way. It was over our headsets, so they couldn't hear us. But they turned and looked directly at me. Chills went down my spine; I haven't seen them since. She and I both quit, but still talk about those two and their odd behavior.”
Park Predator
I was visiting my cousin while he was at NYU for a few weeks. I was buzzed one of those nights, and decided to cut through Central Park instead of the 45 minutes it would take to stumble-walk the perimeter. The park was dead quiet, with nothing but the sound of branches creaking under the weight of the snow to break the silence. A young lady, in her late teens at the most, stepped out from behind a tree as I walked past it and asked me for a cigarette. "Hey are you alright? It's pretty late and it's not safe out here", I asked with concern. "Oh I'll be just fine in a minute" she replied. But then I noticed her smile, and her eyes. Her eyes appeared black as obsidian in the ambient light, and her smile was reminiscent of a sentient predator regarding its dinner. I lit her cigarette and hauled ass to the sidewalk as quickly as possible. To this day I'm not sure what she was, but I don't think she was human.”
Telepathic Moon Man
“Met a guy that just seemed "alien.” I don't even know how to describe it. He was pleasant enough and looked normal enough, but just seemed "off". I was thinking to myself in my mind (just for my own amusement) that if this guy was an alien or something, perhaps he could read my mind. So, I thought, "Tell me your name if you're an alien". I kid you not, he then proceeded to tell me that his friends call him "Moon." Could have been a huge coincidence, but left me confused.”
Man In Black
“My wife and I had a very strange experience back in the 1990s. We were driving home, when a very strange car passed us in the right-hand lane. The car appeared to be a very old 1950s style design, and there was actually a green glow emanating from underneath the vehicle. This was not at a time people were doing underbody lighting - especially on a car that was so old.
As the car passed, the car made a faint electronic whirring sound similar to the Jetsons spacecraft in that series. The person driving behind the wheel was wearing a 3-piece type suit. He had a fedora style hat, thin pale greenish face, glasses, black tie, white shirt and dark suit coat. The inside of the vehicle also glowed with a pale green. As he passed, it was almost like we had been instructed from somewhere not to notice the car - but we could not help but notice something so strange and out of the ordinary.
We both said simultaneously, "Did you see that?" We occasionally talk about it because it was so strange, and we have never seen anything remotely like it before or since.”

Conclusions
I firmly believe that from time to time, some of us bump into an entity that is masquerading as human, but they are something else.
Many will blame this on mental illness, as dissociative and schizoaffective disorders can truly make someone seem demonically possessed. Others are psychopaths or sociopaths, so perhaps we are picking up on that disorder as a sort of predator detection system built in to our brains.
But two things can be true at once; there can be mentally ill humans out there, and there can also be non-human creatures who share some characteristics with the mentally ill.
To connect these concepts together, Jerry Marzinsky is a psychologist who asserts that most schizophrenic patients are actually possessed by demons. He makes a great case in his book An Amazing Journey Into the Psychotic Mind.”
It is interesting to me that many of the accounts I read share some things in common. These beings tend to have very pale skin, sometimes a glow about them, and bright glowing eyes. Many of them seem telepathic, and some even force telepathic communications onto the witness.
Are these demons or demonic possessions? Ancient vampires? Angels? Psychopaths? A mix of all of these? I certainly don’t think these stories are just in the imaginations of these witnesses.
The most fascinating accounts I came across are those supposing that the person they were speaking to was a vampire. I am doing a deep dive on real-life vampire encounters now, and how vampires might just be specific demons - so be on the lookout for future articles and videos on that topic!
